Om Your Day's main purpose and mission is to spread the true meaning of yoga and improve quality of life whether it be with physical, mental or emotional conditions. Yoga is a Sanskrit word which means to yoke, bind or join. To come together uniting the body, mind and spirit. I believe when we create balance, the general wellness process begins.
The American Holistic Health Association defines holistic health: "Rather than focusing on illness or specific parts of the body, this ancient approach to health considers the whole person and how he or she interacts with his or her environment. It emphasizes the connection of mind, body and spirit."

I work with individuals privately. Yoga is a holistic modality for all facets of life, it is a personal journey. I have discovered that working with individuals one on one creates a great environment for general wellness and self discovery. Namaste means the light in me bows to the light in you. I truly feel that there is no better way to honor another person than to give them my undivided attention.
Private yoga sessions developed for your whole body and your unique needs. Sessions are based on the latest yoga research.
Private yoga sessions can be adapted to your need of the day! An example would be, modifying postures or changing the flow of the session completely.
Yoga compliments other forms of bodywork, strength training, physical therapy and rehabilitation.
